the recovery of your data, our technicians can inspect your media,
and utilizing preliminary restoration techniques, attempt restoration
of your data in house.
Operating and file systems, including Microsoft NTFS, Novell Netware,
MS-DOS, Windows 95/98, FAT 32, MacOS, HPUX, SCO Unix, Xenix, CP/M,
Linux, Banyan Vines, IBM AIX, and SGI IRIX are just some of the environments
in which we have had successful recoveries.
If, upon inspection of your media, our technicians are unable to restore
your data at our site, we will escalate the process (and pay air shipping)
to CBL Data Recovery Technologies Inc.. Microplus is an authorized
agent for CBL.
CBL is the leader in data recovery techniques. Their expertise allows
them to recover virtually anything. They have a Class 100 Clean
Room facility and skilled technicians who will ensure the
safety and integrity of your media.
CBL performs specialized data recovery on hard drives, optical drives,
tapes, Syquest & other removable media. They also provide data
conversion and disaster recovery consulting.
You can also opt to send your media directly to CBL Data Recovery
Technologies Inc. in Ontario, Canada. You will be responsible for
all shipping costs when sending directly to CBL.
Upon receipt of the Evaluation Request form, a representative from
Microplus will contact you with a Job Number.
Wrap your media in a static free bag, include Job Number with media,
package with ample packing material to ensure safe delivery, and send
to Microplus Computer Systems Ltd.
Once Microplus has done an analysis on your media, they will in turn
provide you with a quotation. If you approve it, you must sign and
return the quotation form. This gives authorization to attempt to
recover your data.
Upon a successful recovery, Microplus will return your data on CD
Rom along with the original media. CBL will return your data on CD
Rom as well, but will retain the media in Ontario, until the customer
is certain that all the requested data is there. |
